Throughout the 2012 Regional Competition Season, Judges selected one routine from each level to represent Rainbow Dance Competition and their respective Regional Location in the Video of The Year Competition. Each winning routine's video was uploaded to Rainbow's FB page where Dancers, Parents and Friends were encouraged to vote for their favorite video. At the end of the season, the TOP 9 finalists were announced. Rainbow would like to congratulate all of the 2012 VOY Finalists and Winners!
